八座山讲述了一段友情的故事。孩子成长为男人，他们在这一过程中试图不重复父亲的命运，但他们选择的人生道路却最终把他们带回了各自的家园。彼得罗是一个城里的孩子，而布鲁诺则是一座被遗忘的山中小村的最后一个孩子。随着时光的流逝，布鲁诺依然忠于大山，而彼得罗则回来又离开。各自的经历都让他们品尝到爱与失去，带他们回忆各自的起源，看命运的画卷徐徐展开。彼得罗和布鲁诺也最终发现了永恒友谊的真谛。。Haunted by the death of his father and other psychological traumas, Daniel (Roberto Scorza) returns to the home where he was raised.
