本片根据水运宪同名中篇小说改编。 省电业局副局长傅连山毛遂自荐和总工程师梁友汉到班子很乱的佳津地区电业局进行管理体制改革，得到了戴冰、郭小成等知识分子和干部的支持，但却遭到佳津地委书记郭成、佳津电业局副局长大王等人的反对。傅连山遭到挫折，被排挤出电业局。郭成又强令超负荷输电，造成严重事故。改革虽然失败了，但历史是要前进的。。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
