Virgil knows another way to go, ...。“猎龙专案”特攻队根据可靠线报来源，得知十大枪击要犯之首陈兴发的藏身处，于是全体出动围剿。怎料，这是陈兴发故意捉弄警方，令得警方扑了空。 陈兴发在贫穷农村中成长，绰号阿龙，自从小十分顽劣。某天，陈兴发在偷东西时被抓到警察局，警官李富兴见他少不经事，所以就放他一马送他回家。返家后，陈新发的妈妈告诉说李富兴他从一生下来的时候，头上就有着一块青色的胎记，起初请很多医生都没办法看出来是什么病症，后来到庙里请法师才知道他前世欠人债务，这一辈子被人诅咒，以后长大可能会危害社会。 但是，李富兴虽曾劝陈兴发改过向善，但他总是不听教导，越来越变本加利，只得将其之送入监狱里。出狱后，陈兴发返回故乡邀集从小相识的好朋友，打算再度犯案……。
