故事来自于BL研究家金田淳子的随笔《刃牙》是BL一个少女每天30小时300天的记录`。 主角儿岛茜（松本）在文具制造商工作，并隐藏自己是一个腐女子，剧情描绘一位女子被`刃牙×BL`的妄想所困扰的故事。。根据同名漫画改编，讲述武道做什么事情都不顺，又住在破旧老公寓里，从电视上得知国中时期的前女友—日向，无端卷入帮派火拼而身亡。某天他在月台等车，居然跌落铁轨，正当他以为自己死定了，回神之后却发现自己回到12年前的国中时期。后来又遇上了日向的弟弟—直人，告诉他12年后发生的事实，要求他要保护姐姐，双方握手之后他又再次回到现代。。A popular cooking show organizes a contest to find the best "My Father's Menu".
