聚焦美术生新综《会画少年的天空》，48位美少年，经过3个月的绘画舞台，选出1位“当代新锐美术家”。在经过12轮美术挑战，逃离12次刷白清零，他们只为让自己的作品留在舞台。。故事以前作《科学小飞侠Crowds》的后续剧情展开。距离“立川事件”已经过了一年，当初贝尔库·卡切赋予尔乃美家累的力量“CROWDS”在日本首相菅山的推广之下已在人类社会当中广泛普及。然而仍然存在着对此感到不满的人们，此时菅山遭到不明人士的袭击，GATCHAMAN的全新战斗就此揭开序幕。。The screenplay follows the titular Horia, a cautious teenager living in a Romanian village, who is pining for his crush who lives on the other side of the country. After a fight with his father, Horia leaves home on his dad’s motorbike and, soon after, meets street-smart 13-year-old Stela, who is running away from her family.
