西柳村村长赵保群喜爱相声，但身为村长的他很多时候身不由己，最后他几经波折终于实现了梦想来到北京参加相声比赛，并拿到大奖，同时也成功完成招商引资工作，为西柳村的发展带来了新希望！。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island.
