When the courts clear the officers of wrongdoing, the Judge must decide whether the courts are the only arbitrators of justice.。本作は“ブラック心理術”を巧みに利用し、相手の心を翻弄するミステリアスな女性・クロノサキにもてあそばれる人々をブラックユーモア満載に描くサスペンスドラマ。神出鬼没に現れては「あんたバカ？」と人を見下しながらも、その悩みを解決するため心理術を指南するクロノサキを久保が演じる。。
