亚太电影大奖评审团大奖， 奥列格快30岁了，是一名医护，每一个繁重的轮班后，他都喜欢痛饮一场。他太太凯特雅也是个医生，在医院急诊室工作，但是她对奥列格的耐心已经快磨没了，所以有一天，她宣布要离婚，不过他们还得一起合住在这个狭小的公寓里，直到奥列格找到房子。他还发现他的工作出现了很大变化，让他的生活变得更艰难…… 导演鲍里斯·赫列勃尼科夫是俄罗斯当代电影界最有趣的导演之一，在这部忠实展现特定环境的影片中，证实了他的能力。尽管运用了一定的夸张手法，他还是在描述主角的困境和情感时，体现了仁慈与理解。影片使用精准的导演手法，勾勒出一段正经历“心律失常”的关系，正如奥列格在救护车中施救的病人所经历的一样。。Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty.
