小村同学喜欢因重新分班而坐在隔壁的三重同学，然而就在某一天，小村发现三重的眼神变得很凶，不晓得该怎么跟她交谈的小村在三重主动向他搭话之后，才发现原来她只是忘了戴眼镜，于是小村便想办法协助看不清楚的三重。只是三重同学忘记戴眼镜的情形不只一天…。故事叙述父子三鼠住在河边过着平静的生活，原以为能在河畔眺望河光度过一生，死后化成雨、汇成小流，与喜爱的河川永远融合一体。不料，东京都建设局打算兴建工程将河川铺成暗渠，它们只能离开家园，展开漫长惊险的旅程。。BotBots are Transformer robots that disguise themselves as everyday mall objects.
