柯恩被美国徵召到远洋海岛进行一个扫雷行动，出到岛上，柯恩立刻察觉事有蹊跷。柯恩的手下在扫雷时意外炸破一栋建筑物，外星人向他们攻击，众人逃出，在洞外又发现一个老人，老人率众人到他居住的洞穴。在洞内，柯恩得知在1995年时，飞碟坠毁，美军派员到岛上进行研究，外星人反击，研究组全死于非命，仅留下老人，柯恩设计将外星人陷住，并安排逃离岛外的木筏…。节目伊始，何炅从盲盒中跳出来，郎朗、萧敬腾、梁靖康、王勉、蔡程昱、钟汉良、杨迪等人给观众带来开场表演。游戏环节时，两队分别选择钟汉良、萧敬腾、王勉、张真源来进行挑战，陆续翻开数字中写着“空中飞轮”“士兵突击”“无影脚”等词语。随着大幕升起，“火线冲击”装置的出现，把大家拉回到23年前。何炅在现场大呼“起鸡皮疙瘩，回想起自己第一次代班主持《快乐大本营by:wap.qimiyingshi.net》。。A rookie flyer, Ens.
