このスペシャルは全編新撮で、朝顔（上野樹里）と桑原（風間俊介）との出会いや、朝顔がつぐみを身ごもってから生まれるまでのことなど、これまで描かれることのなかった朝顔たちの宝物のような物語を描いていきます。 さらに、初めて執刀助手として解剖に臨んだ朝顔のエピソードも明かされます。初めての執刀助手ということで緊張する朝顔たちのもとへ運ばれてきた遺体は、特殊造形の作家をしている男性で、第１発見者は小学2年生の男児。遺体は発見時、体中に砂糖がふりかけられているという異様な状況で、遺体の発見現場にあった砂糖ケースからは、なんと男児のものらしき指紋が検出されます。 この男児が事件とどのように関わっているのか。そして、解剖の結果は？。A quick glimpse at the cast for this film would make any horror fan giddy with glee.
