So...。特利迦奥特曼与黑暗巨人的战斗结束数年之后，地球再次迎来了和平的年代。现在已经基本见不到怪兽的踪影了，怪兽带来的灾害影响也已经渐渐地淡出了人们的视线。人类已经开辟了火星移居地，并打算组建新的队伍开辟第二个火星移居地。 地球上的人类开始了探索宇宙的征程，现在进入了新领域时代。结果，在探索的过程中，宇宙神秘生命体斯非亚突然出现在了主人公明日见奏大所在的小队面前。斯菲亚对地球发起了侵略，并断绝地球和宇宙的一切通讯，地球变成了“孤岛行星”。 奏大原本在宇宙港送货，结果却遇到了斯菲亚的袭击。奏大为了掩护其他人逃走陷入了死亡。就在此时，新的光出现了！在光的笼罩下，奏大变身成为了德凯奥特曼。获得了变身能力的奏大与新生精英胜利队的队员一起，与斯菲亚展开了新的斗争！。
