The judicial system hides behind claims of insufficient evidence to prosecute crimes, while journalists are the ones who provide such evide...。该片以视听障碍人支援法《海伦凯勒法》为素材。《海伦凯勒法》是指国家人权委员会2008年1月针对视听障碍残疾儿童不能接受教育的现状进行调查，并制定的相关政策。虽然已经过了12年，但人们对视听障碍人的认识仍然很落后。。一位25岁的年轻人在戴上了一个奇怪的头套后被扔进了神奇的数字马戏团当中，然后随即被赋予了一个孩童般的小丑外观和“Pomni”的名字，但在这个似乎对孩子和父母来说都充满着乐趣和欢乐的地方，却很快就让Pomni意识到这里究竟有多么奇怪。。
