电影《诡影实录》讲述一段令人心惊胆寒的故事，一个电影剧组巧合在一个河岸边上拍戏，结果发生了种种离奇的事件，影片女一号莫名其妙的掉到了河里，居然是因为化妆师在叫她，事后，剧组的摄影机也是频频出现了自动关机，死机的事件，随后又是剧组工作人员中邪一样的与另一位工作人员厮打了起来，剧组一下子陷入了恐慌，导演要求更换场景，但是制片人为了节省开支，强烈要求在那拍下去。结果更加离奇的事件发生了，在剪辑师处理当天拍摄素材的时候，居然看到了画面中出现了一个身着白衣长发的人影，录音师那也在现场录下了一段诡异的声音，女一号莫名的身上起满了黑色斑点。神秘的消失了，异常灵异的故事就此展开了……。The first time Sarah tries drugs is the first time she goes out with Tim, who was a customer of hers in the Dew Drop Inn Cafe.
