一个音乐剧版本的查尔斯·狄更斯的《圣诞颂歌》，一个吝啬的厌世者被带上了一个神奇的旅程。。罗马尼亚的音乐青年为了妈妈的中国情结不远万里来到北京学习音乐，在学校认识了钢琴女孩女主，并邀请女主和他共同写一首名为《秋语》的歌曲。在这期间两个人收获了爱情，也帮助妈妈完成了夙愿。同时，一直喜欢男主的罗马尼亚姑娘也为了男主来到了中国，在一场误会中认识了一位中国的武术教练并最终和这个武术教练坠入爱河…。One day Radu receives the implacable verdict that he only has a few more months to live. He chooses to run away from death, until exhaustion, finding refuge in a small remote village, where the waiting for death will transform itself into the forgetting of it.。
