Aryan (Shahid Kapoor) is a talented computer programmer specialising in robotics. He works for his mausi Urmila’s (Dimple Kapadia) tech firm which specialises in creating next-gen robots. On a business trip to the US, his aunt sets him up with SIFRA (Kriti Sanon), her assistan...。连续杀害五名男性的佐竹纯子（小池荣子 饰）最终落网，她的案件在社会上引起巨大轰动。至此热潮，精英记者田边绚子（松雪泰子 饰）受社长指派对其背景展开调查。通过相关人士的证言，绚子找到了纯子初中时代的好友篠田淳子（米姆拉 饰），但似乎却得到了完全相反的结论。好不容易调查有所突破，突然又有第六名受害者出现，于是绚子调转枪头沿着新的受害者这条线进行调查，发现死者的母亲守川谆子（麻生祐未 饰）与纯子有着奇妙的联系。就在此时，绚子曾经的同僚福留顺子（西田美尚 饰）找上门来，她又提供了新的线索…… 本片根据推理作家真梨幸子的同名原作改编。。
